Biography: Vasudha Bansal is currently working as a scientist and exploring non-thermal methods for the development of nutritious functional food/beverage with natural ingredients for agro usage at Center of Innovative and Applied Bioprocessing (CIAB) and Principal Investigator at SERB-DST. She did her post doctoral research on polycyclic aromatic compounds from Hanyang University, Seoul, South Korea.She is honoured with many awards and recently she is awarded as ‘Science without Border’ by Ministry of Education, Brazil (Sept, 2014).
