ICL 2960 WORK STATION COMPUTER STIMULATION RUNS, ESTIMATES FOR THE PETROLEUM REFINERIES CHOICE IN THE FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF NIGERIA

Abstract:

This paper deals with  petroleum policy  alternatives for Nigeria, a cost model of not installing a refinery and numerical experiences for commissioning a refinery in Nigeria with an ICL workstation based on sensitivity analysis and simulation run on the NPV, Net Present Value model program for refinery expansions over a time horizon extending into 2005 to 2006. This study draws vital policy guidelines for the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
