Abstract:

Development skills through innovation education have been promoted by the Government of Tanzania through various ways including; programs, projects, seminars, conferences, meetings and a few to mention. (Presence of National Education Policy (Reviewed 2014); Commission for Science and Technology (COSTEC), Small Industries Development Organization (SIDO), Vocational Education Training Authority (VETA) and Folk Development Colleges (FDC). Despite of slight opportunities for innovation ideas scale-up however, there are large number of innovators emerged every year with good ideas for social and economic development countrywide (Hanlin and Khaemba, 2017).
