Abstract:

The research directed to determination of responsibilities of people in the process of economic development and international cooperation. In period of industrial collaboration in many different areas among regions it is important to determinate the theoretical strategy of environment protection within the process of industrialization as the area with direct impact to the human activities. Ecological environment is the one of the general system, and the importance of research concentrate in human economic activities with dependence on environmental supporting system.
