Biography: Dr. Motoi Kato is a Staff in Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Saitama Children’s Medical Center and Chief at Saitama Children’s Medical Center, Lymph Clinic, Japan. Motoi Kato has completed his degree from La Salle High School (Kagoshima, JAPAN) and a doctorate in medicine from Kagoshima University. He has received many international awards and recognition for his contribution in the field of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
