Research Interests: My academic knowledge in biochemistry expands my knowledge as a biochemist & given my closely studies in biochemistry and excellent capabilities. I have deep interest in experiments and my research interest is mostly in quality checks of medicines as per USP & BP, Clinical Biochemistry and Microbiologic activities.

Biography: I am Saira Zahoor from Pakistan. I did my masters of philosophy degree in Biochemistry from Hazara University Mansehra KPK Pakistan in 2017. I showed my deep interest in multiple disciplines of biochemistry including Clinical Chemistry, DNA Recombinant Technology, Proteins Chemistry, Biochemical Techniques, Genetic Engineering, Advances in Biochemistry, Nutritional Biochemistry , Cell Biology, General Microbiology, Enzymology, Molecular Biology, Bioinformatics, Vitamins, Minerals & Hormones, Endocrinology, antimicrobial & chemotherapy, Antimicrobial drugs and chemotherapeutic agents, Medical Microbiology, Fermentation Biotechnology, Haematology, Skills And Research Methodology, pesticides biochemistry, Immunology, Human Physiology, Environmental Biochemistry, Immune Biochemistry, General Genetics, Metabolism, Microbial Techniques, Advances In Microbiology, Cell And Tissue Culture and Nucleic Acid. I got CSC China scholarship in 2018 for phd in biochemistry & molecular biology, but at the same time I got appointment letter from university of Dammam Saudi Arabia, so I joined here as lecturer in biopharmaceuitcs department since 1.5 year. Now I am going to plan my phd along with this job. I have no publication still now but now I am working on publication so hope best for the future. I had worked on synthetic organic compounds and metal complexes. My masters project title was “Studies on Antimicrobial and Antioxidant Potential of Metal Complexes & Synthetic Organic Compounds” I worked as an Analyst, Microbiologist & Q.A Inspector as then Assistant Quality Control Manager in pharmaceutical for five years in pharmaceutical`s quality control laboratory and performing different tests of medicines. I have experience of Handling all analytical and microbiological test and all packaging material test , microbial test including sterility test and LAL test of water and products, preparation of plates, autoclaving and sterilization, Swab test, Finger dab test, Surface culture swab test, Air sampling, Particle count analytical test including assay of raw material including actives inactive pH, loss on drying weighing, dispensing , quality control inspection area monitoring, humidity checking water analytical testing pH, conductivity, Tds, Hardness, Chlorides, Calcium Test, Preparation of Indicators like Phenolpthalein indicator , Bromothymol blue Preparation Of Silver Nitrate in Quality Control department`s laboratory of wellborne pharmachem & biologicals Hattar Pakistan KPK. Most of my job description in pharrma includes testing of general capsules cephalosporin capsule, tablets dry suspension, cephalosporin injection liquid injection and also monitoring the internal operations and assist microbiology in injectible sections like liquid injection, cephalosporin injection and lyophilized injections. I can perform on different instruments including dissolution, UV spectrophotometer, HPLC, hardness tester, disintegration tester, friabilator, colony counter, autoclave, sterilizer, stability chamber, hot plate magnetic stirrer analytical balance, pH meter, conductivity meter and TDS meter etc. Because of the nature of my project and laboratory training I have strong technical knowledge and excellent practical handling of all above mentioned operations and equipment needed in testing for thesis work.
