Biography: Chinmay Satam is currently a research assistant at the School of Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering, Georgia Institute of Technology. He holds masters degrees in Paper Science and Engineering from Georgia Tech and Chemical Engineering from the University of Maryland, College Park. He completed his Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering from VIT University, India. His current research efforts involve manufacture of next generation nanomaterials using cellulose and chitin as well as manufacture of sustainable bio-based chemicals.
