Biography: Dr. Dilip Kumar Challa is a Postdoctoral Research Associate in department of Molecular & Cellular Medicine at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, Dallas, Texas, USA. He completed his Doctor of Philosophy, Biomedical Engineering, Protein Engineering Track, The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in 2008-2016 and Master of Research, Biological Sciences (Field - Immunology), The University of Manchester, Manchester, UK in 2007-2008. Over 10 years of research experience in the field of immunology (cellular and molecular immunology, neuroimmunology and tumor immunology). Well trained to design, generate and test protein-based therapeutics/vaccines for inflammatory diseases and cancers. Authored multiple publications in reputed journals and a review article/book chapter in the fields of immunology and cancer. Trained and guided multiple postdoctoral scholars, graduate students and taught immunology and medical microbiology to medical students.
