Biography: Murali Mohan is currently working as a professor and chairman, Board of studies in the department of Biotechnology at GITAM Institute of Technology, GITAM University, India. He completed his Ph.D. during the year 2003 from Andhra University, India. He got his Master of Science degree in the department of Biochemistry from Andhra University, India during the year 1994. He is a member of Life member of The Indian Science Congress Association, Kolkata; Life member of The Society of Biological Chemists, India; Member, Entomological Society of America, USA – 2014-15. He has authored 33 peer-reviewed papers, 2 review papers, 1 book chapters, 1 edited book and filled 2 patents.
