Biography: Dr. Noraphat Hwanhlem currently working as a lecturer in the Faculty of Agriculture Natural Resources and Environment, Naresuan University, Phitsanulok, Thailand. He completed his Ph.D. in Biotechnology at the Department of Industrial Biotechnology, Faculty of Agro-Industry, Prince of Songkla University, Hat Yai, Thailand during the year 2014 and Post doctorate at INRA, National Institute of Agronomic Research, Nantes, France granted by French Embassy in Thailand and Department of Food Science and Technology, Institute of Food Science, BOKU - University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences Vienna, Austria granted by the Austrian Federal Ministry of Science, Research and Economy (BMWFW) in 2016 and 2017, respectively.
