Biography: Dr. Nov Rattan Sharma is a Professor at Maharshi Dayanand University, India. He received his PhD at Maharshi Dayanand University, Haryana, India, 1987. He received PGDGC at Annamalli University, Annamalli, India, 1996. He published more than 181 articles in different journals. He published 12 Books.
