Biography: Mikhaylov Vladimir was born on March 21, 1959 in Uglich, Yaroslavl province, Russia. Vladimir A. Mikhaylov has completed his PhD in the 1988 in National center in laser medicine, Moscow. 1994 - received a degree Sci.D. in Natioal center on laser medicine, Moscow. 2009 - Has been recognized as an International Medical Laser Specialist at class: Hon-IMeLa, Tokio, Since 2000 - a member of editorial board of the “Laser Therapy. In 2016 - Prof. Ming-Chien Kao Award, Laser Therapy. He has published more than 25 papers in reputed journals.
2016 - Prof. Ming-Chien Kao Award (for the paper contributed to the journal Laser Therapy(Vol.24-1, Jan.2015 issue).
