Mass spectrometry and other proteomic techniques and their applications on proteome / phosphoproteome qualitative / quantitative analysis in Cancer Biology and System Biology studies.
Biography: Dr. Li joined Yale Cancer Biology Institute as a postdoctoral at Dr. Liu lab in March 2018. He completed his PhD from the School of Medicine of University of Fribourg in Switzerland in February 2018. His PhD study was focus on the neuroscience related neuropeptide and macrovesicle associated the protein quantitative analysis based on high-resolution mass spectrometry. At Yale, he switched to contribute to the development of Data Independent Acquisition (DIA) mass spectrometry and other proteomic techniques and their applications on proteome / phosphoproteome qualitative / quantitative analysis in Cancer Biology and System Biology studies.
