Biography: Sameer Rehman, MD, MBA is an Interventional Radiology Fellow at Stanford University, School of Medicine. He did 2 years of General Surgery and an MBA in healthcare administration prior to finishing his residency in Diagnostic Radiology at Hartford Hospital.
Sameer- I'm interested in improving healthcare delivery by developing an efficient healthcare model via research and innovation. My goal is to treat every patient and family member as if they were part of my own family. I strive to perform the most appropriate imaging exam and interventional procedure with the least radiation possible. I promote quality and safety at my hospital and within my department. I utilize the most up to date technology to treat my patients in Interventional Radiology and strive to effectively communicate my interpretations and recommendations to my referring providers and patients.
